Protection board considerations
1. The protection board defaults to 24 strings of ternary lithium battery parameters. If you are lithium iron iodate, the titanic acid needs to be set in the software. The actual number of strings in the battery pack must be correct before it can be used normally.
2. Balance the cable must first connect the battery pack, then use a multimeter to measure the plug, confirm that the voltage between each adjacent two points is the battery cell voltage, well and pay attention to the direction, the Buddha can be inserted into the protection board after correct!
3. After the start button is connected, it must be insulated. If the insulation is not good, it will burn the protection board and the circuit will cause the problem to be shut down.
4. In order to avoid damage to the MOS tube by high current impact, please do not connect any equipment where the C-end of the protection board is soldered with thick black lines during the test. When the test is normal, please install the output of the protection board first. You can turn off the equalization line or connect the Bluetooth software and click to close the discharge tube or directly switch off the protection board.) Confirm that the load is connected. After the load is opened and closed, finally turn the protection board on. When charging, first plug the charger into 220V household electric power and then charge it on the battery. Simply put it like the mobile phone. The charger is plugged in first and then plugged into the mobile phone for charging.
5. It is forbidden to disassemble the protection board when the protection board is re-energized and operated. Otherwise, the protection board will be self-sufficient.
6. Protect the board and display from any exposed wiring locations and contacts where care must be taken to isolate or insulate from other sources of electrical power.
7. Short-circuit protection current defaults to 0, off state. If your actual current is less than 100A, you can set the short-circuit protection current to 150A. If the actual current is greater than 100A, it is recommended to turn off the short-circuit protection function, otherwise it will easily damage the MOS tube.
